Workhouse Friends and Family Exhibition, August 31 - September 25 Art is life and life is enriched by those we surround ourselves with. The Workhouse Arts Center presents the Friends and Family Exhibition, on display from August 31-September 25 in Gallery W-16. For the exhibition, the Workhouse Arts Center invited all its artists to submit one piece of artwork and asked them to invite a friend or family member outside of the Workhouse community to do the same. Artists will enter into collaboration or play off of each other's unique artistic styles! Join the Workhouse for the public opening reception on Saturday, September 3 from 5-7pm, in conjunction with the campus-wide Block Party at the Workhouse...Celebrating Lorton! event starting at 2pm.
