Full Time:
The Workhouse Arts Center is seeking a motivated Ceramic Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of the ceramic studio. The manager will handle classroom and facility needs, ensure smooth functioning of the Try-Me Ceramics and Open Studio programs, and be responsible for inventory management. The manager will be directly scheduling gas kiln firings and oversee a large kiln yard located on campus. This position requires strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of ceramics studio infrastructure. The manager will also be responsible for collecting fees from Open Studio participants for materials and kiln time. This role reports to the Director of Glass and Ceramics.
