Author Talk and Signing with Joyana Peters

  • McGuireWoods Gallery W16 9518 Workhouse Way Lorton United States (map)

This Women’s History Month the Lucy Burns Museum is proud to host award-winning Indie author Joyana Peters, whose historical fiction overlaps with the history we present. Peters hosts a history chat with a special focus on the movements and events surrounding the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire and its connections to the suffrage movement. Following the talk, Peters signs copies of her best-selling novels The Girl in the Triangle and The Girl From Saint Petersburg.

Both of Peters books will be available for sale following the program.

Continue your exploration of the Women’s Suffrage Movement at the Lucy Burns Museum following the talk, open until 5PM.
