Rizer Pavilion ($750/hr)

Located in the center of the Workhouse campus, the Rizer Pavilion is a seasonal rental venue available from May through October. The outdoor pavilion tent is 5,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 600 guests. The tent is equipped with adjustable side panels that allow for multiple configurations for open-air or closed events. The Rizer Pavilion rental includes the tent and the surrounding walkways only. For larger events, hosts may add the entire campus Quad rental space (see details below).

Rizer Pavilion + Quad ($1,000/hr)

Surrounded by historical architecture, the Workhouse campus quad is a 64,000 square-foot open space at the center of the Workhouse campus. This space is available as an add-on to the Rizer Pavillion rental and is ideal for an outdoor wedding or festival.

Baseball Field

Nearly 90,000 square-feet of open space, the Workhouse baseball field is an excellent location for large-scale events such as carnivals, festivals, sporting activities and remote parking for regional events.

The Workhouse campus features ample parking availability, green spaces, and access to nearby roads and trails that are perfect for 5K and other race events. Planning races at the Workhouse requires additional coordination with local authorities and landowners. Please contact the Workhouse Events department to discuss your specific event needs which will help determine pricing and whether the Workhouse Campus is appropriate for your event.
