CEO for the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association who has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, including research, product analysis, transactional analysis as well as operational sales and marketing management. Initial experience was in the banking and mortgage banking industries.  In the late 1970s, Debbie helped create the first new home data base – Housing Data Reports – as well as its Consulting Arm – Housing Strategies – in the Washington, D.C. MSA. Debbie went on to open her own New Homes Consulting Firm – Rosenstein Research Associates, Inc.

Ms. Rosenstein was a Partner and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The Christopher Companies, a well-respected builder in the northern Virginia and Delaware markets. Most recently, Ms. Rosenstein has been on staff at The Northen Virginia Building Industry Association for the past five years.
