As Vulcan's Manager of Government Affairs and Community Relations Northeast Division since 2017, he coordinates land use applications, business development activities, relationships with elected officials and peer support organizations in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware.  He works with all operational facilities within the northern region of the Mideast division to partner with local organizations that enrich the community served and have a positive impact on their area or specialized service provided.  Glenn assists plant managers and sales teams in their efforts to make Vulcan Materials a known and trusted neighbor in the community in which they are located.  Prior to his work at Vulcan, he held positions in the real estate business.
