Joe LaHait is the Deputy Director in the Department of Management and Budget for Fairfax County Government. Mr. LaHait oversees the management of the county’s annual operating budget, all financing activities in the municipal bong market, long-term planning associated with the Capital Improvement Program, and Revenue & Economic Forecasting. Prior to joining Fairfax County, he served as Budget Director for the city of Fairfax, VA.
