President, Goerl Consulting LLC where she provides executive leadership, financial management and IT management consulting and advisory services to Federal Executives. She is retired from the Federal Government where she served in variety of senior executive positions in financial, budget and IT management in five agencies, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in two and Controller in another. She also held senior management positions in two private sector companies providing financial and systems development consulting to federal agencies before setting up her own business. She is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration and a CFO SAGE (Strategic Advisors to Government Executives) at the Partnership for Public Service.  She has served in leadership positions on eleven non-profit boards over the past twenty years.
