Vice President of Advancement for the University of Mary Washington.  Katie is a nonprofit executive with over 25 years working with a wide range of organizations both as an internal development staff member (fundraiser and manager) and external consultant. In her consulting career she focused on organization development working with a variety of nonprofit leaders and the executives that comprise their boards to enact their strategic vision.
