Art Projects Created by Workhouse Students Chosen for Display at the White House

First Lady Jill Biden's initiative, Joining Forces, created an exhibit at the White House to help educate visitors about the lives of military children. Young artists were asked to decorate mini suitcases for possible display.

Workhouse Teaching Artist Wendy Anderson lead a Workhouse Military in the Arts (WMAI) workshop for young students to decorate the suitcases, five of which were chosen by the White House!
