Professor Emeritus of Psychology and Management in the Costello College of Business at George Mason University.  Served as Dean of the College from 2002 – 2009.  Richard was previously on the faculty of The Ohio State University holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and Management from Purdue University.  He is the author of many books and papers in his field of Organizational Psychology and provides advice to senior leaders of major information technology companies in the region. He serves on the boards of several foundations, including the Easter Seals of DC, MD, and VA.
