President and owner of Item, Inc. and Tekkonnect. President and managing member of G & G LLC. Managing member of Marto 2 LLC and Occoquan Overlook, LP. Was President and Land Use Committee Chair of the South County Federation.  Chairman and founder of the South Fairfax Chamber of Commerce and a fundraiser for the Lorton Community Action Center. Served on many Mount Vernon and Lorton planning initiative and citizens groups such as:  Lorton Task Force (dealing with Lorton Prison closing), Mount Vernon APR (Area Plan Review), Mount Vernon Vision Task Force and many others.
