The December Sound Bath is about bringing forth the light we have latent in us. By embracing the sacred feminine & the sacred masculine within oneself a magnitude of energy arises which is expressed through light and felt through wholeness. Choosing to be the light is our gift and innate purpose. As it will open our hearts and lift limitations from our minds, it transforms our lives in ways beyond our present imagination. It does necessitate however, our sentient desire to be the light we came here to be for the benefit of all.
Soft vibrations from Iris’ Golden Disc Wind Gong will create a fundamental field of sound, complimented by her ‘Desert Rose’ 36 String Harp, Egyptian Sistrum and fine selection of Tibetan Singing Bowls will aid you to sense, activate and increase your inner light.
A Workhouse “Sound Bath” is where people come together for a pleasant and relaxing experience created through sound by a sound healing practitioner who is playing live a variety of specific instruments. After a brief introduction to sound in the beginning, the listeners will be "immersed" in soft sound vibrations lying on a mat or sitting on a chair. Guided by the sound healing practitioner, the listeners will have time to return from their journey and will have the opportunity to share their experience, if desired, at the end of the Sound Bath.
Each Sound Bath is uniquely created with a selection of instruments that could include Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, bells, and harps as well as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, or others. Come and experience the benefits of this sound immersion to deeply relax, lift, and rejuvenate your whole being on a Sunday afternoon!
