Facilities Manager

The Workhouse Arts Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee daily facility operations and organizational assets. Reporting to the Director of Events, Rentals, and Facilities, this role is essential in maintaining the campus, supporting events and rentals, and ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for artists, staff, and visitors.

The Facilities Manager will take a hands-on approach to campus maintenance, inventory management, and vendor coordination while providing exceptional event support. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
