W-8: “The Fun Room: Creatures and Fantasies” by Pamela Eisenmann. May 4 - 31, 2025

Show Dates 5/04/25 - 5/31/25

Opening Reception Date and Time 5/10/25, 6-8 pm

If you have wondered what creatures think about, you are invited to peek into their fantasy lives. Works on display explore imagined or incongruous situations and things at play in whimsical ways. Some reveal odd 1 characterizations, fantasized beings, or hint at what creatures might do if they were us and we weren’t looking! Clay work has always been fun for me and gives me a chance to invent, so I like to see what develops in the exploration and manipulation. I am especially fond of full, fat forms that resemble living, growing things, with exaggerated and abstracted features or appendages, with a view toward sculptural and whimsical elements.
