W-8: “Recent Works” by Pam Eisenmann

Pam Eisenmann’s clay work has been fun and gives her a chance to invent. Being process-oriented, she likes to see what develops in the exploration and manipulation, often approaching with a view toward sculptural and whimsical elements. The sensuous, tactile aspects of clay appeal to her, and she is interested in shapes and forms that go beyond conventional pot shapes. She is especially fond of full, fat forms that resemble living, growing things, with exaggerated and abstracted features or appendages.
