While we honor our active duty military, veterans, and their families for their service as protectors and as care-takers of protectors of our Democracy, this exhibition intends to honor these proud Americans as artists. It is a celebration of their creativity, their craftsmanship, and their ingenuity. The varied works on display are selective representatives from a large body of independent and collaborative work produced over the past two years in the Workhouse Military in the Arts Initiative family workshops, open studios, and classes.
