February's Sound Bath theme - is established when we are in accordance with ourselves. From that alignment, our vibrational spectrum creates coherence likewise in our relationships, roles and circumstances we experience and attract. The magic lies in the gut, our creative center and its ability to signal what feels right to us. Once we recognize how coherence feels to us, we hold the key to maintain this level of authenticity congruently in the context of ‘us within in the outer world’.

The musical note “D” is associated with this area of the lower belly, also referred to as the ‘Sacral Energy Plexus’ or ‘Lower Dantian’. Beautifully calming sound expressions will come together in Iris’ composition to harmonize and strengthen the functions, powers and interrelations of this vital, physical intelligence in us.Personal coherence begins with alignment within ourselves.
